These terms apply when you visit or play Wynderwood (“the game”). By creating an account or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Free to play

Wynderwood is currently free to play. No purchase is required to create an account or access gameplay. The game may offer optional paid features in the future; if so, any price and applicable terms will be shown before a purchase is made. In-game gold, items, characters, and other game records have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and promptly tell us if you believe someone else accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Adventurer names must follow the game’s name rules and may be changed only as the game allows.

Fair play and community conduct

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, threaten or harass players, post unlawful or abusive material, or attempt to access another account or the server without permission. Do not use the game to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising. Public messages and guild content must follow these rules.

Community content and moderation

You keep ownership of text you submit. You give the game operator permission to host, display, and technically process that content as needed to run and moderate the game. You can report content through the game. We may hide content, suspend accounts, or limit access when we reasonably believe these terms or the safety of the community have been violated.

Game progress and availability

Wynderwood is an evolving game. Features, rules, balance, and virtual records may change, and service may occasionally be unavailable. We work to preserve saved progress but cannot guarantee that every record or feature will remain available indefinitely. Do not rely on game records as a store of real-world value.

Account suspension or closure

We may suspend or close access for serious or repeated violations, security concerns, legal requirements, or actions that harm the game or its players. You may stop using the game at any time. For account or privacy requests, contact support@wynderwood.com.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
